On Airport Security
Apparently a wine opener (those <$10 ones) classifies as a weapon and can’t be brought on a plane.
Seriously, you have got to be kidding me. The fastest way to make me a not fun person at 6.30am is to make a huge fiasco out of the fact that my carry-on contains “a weapon”, unpack my entire bag, and send everything through the machine not once, not twice, but THREE times. Oh and “confiscate”...

As I run all over ATL today taking care of last minute moving stuff (by myself), I’m extremely thankful to have a dad who taught me how to take care of myself, how to work hard, and how to go for what I want. Shout out to all my INDEPENDENT WOMEN friends and to the men (or women) who can not only handle but respect and love these qualities in their significant other.

I walked back into my (now “former”) apartment in Atlanta last night. I’ve been gone for about a month and a half and took only a suitcase (okay well 2 suitcases).
